「これじゃ再犯せざるをえない」元受刑者が語る出所後の厚い壁 家の契約できず、2カ月間ネカフェを転々（弁護士ドットコムニュース） 弁護士ドットコムニュース 刑務所を出た後の家探しに苦労したという堀口裕貴さん（2024年4月17日、東京都台東区で、弁護士ドットコムニュース撮影） 2023年12月、ある刑務所から一人の男性が出所した。5年前に起きた事件のニュースで大きく報じられたのとは裏腹に、誰にも知られることなくひっそりと塀の外へ。待ち受けていたのはさらなる壁だった。（弁護士ドットコムニュース・一宮俊介） 【画像】出所後に入居先が見つからなかった時に寝泊まりしていた場所とは（堀口さん提供） ●「雨イジング・スパイダーマン」事件 2019年、東京都内でビルの高層階が窃盗被害を受ける事件が相次いだ。 当時の報道によると、警察は高い建物を飛び移って犯行が行われたとみて捜査。雨の日に被害が発生していたことから、その手口と現場の状況から、アメリカの人気映画「アメイジング・スパイダーマン」になぞらえて「雨イジング・スパイダーマン」と呼んで被疑者の行方を追っていたとされる。 2019年11月、警視庁は当時26歳だった堀口裕貴さんを逮捕。堀口さんの名前や顔写真は、「雨イジング・スパイダーマン」というワードとともに報じられた。 ●昨年12月に府中刑務所を満期出所 堀口さんは身に覚えがないと一貫して容疑を否認し続けた。だが、起訴され、一審の東京地裁で懲役2年6月の実刑判決が下された。 控訴、上告したものの退けられ、刑は確定。起訴された事件の被害額は約12万円だったというが、否認していたため、4年近く拘束された。 2023年12月、東京都府中市にある府中刑務所で全ての刑期を終えて出所した。 ●出所後の家探し「約40件断られた」 一旦、地元の大阪に戻ったが、逮捕される前に生活していた東京で新たに仕事を始めようと今年春に上京。やる気に満ちあふれていた堀口さんの前にさらなる壁が立ちはだかった。 一人で住む部屋を借りようと不動産会社に問い合わせると、次々と断りの連絡が返ってきたのだ。 「家がとにかく見つからない。40件ぐらい断られました」 ●デジタルタトゥーが影響か 堀口さんが困ったのが、断られる理由を教えてもらえないことだった。 堀口さんの名前をネットで検索する...
