  余命2週間の19歳　「楽しいこといっぱい」　家族と果たした約束（毎日新聞） 毎日新聞 笑顔を見せる高校2年生の頃の武川紗音さん＝2021年6月（母咲子さん提供） 　医師から告げられた余命は、2週間だった。「楽しいことをいっぱいしたい」。そう語っていた19歳の女性は最期まで自分らしく生きることを諦めず、やりたかったことを実現させた。その一つが、自身をモデルにした絵本の原画展。家族と共にこの夏、開催にこぎつけた。  【写真】成人式を前祝いする紗音さん　かなえた夢の数々  　香川県丸亀市の武川紗音（さやね）さんは、幼少期から相次ぐ病気の治療に臨んできた。兄と妹との3人きょうだいで、母の咲子さん（47）は「責任感が強い。頑固で不器用だけど、自分をしっかり持ち、家族や友達を大切にする子」と語る。 　最初の異変は5歳の時。咲子さんによると、2010年1月、紗音さんは肩や手首の痛みを訴え、次第に手が腫れてきた。近所の病院では原因がわからず、同県善通寺市の病院で国指定の難病「若年性特発性関節炎」と診断される。専門医がいる鹿児島の病院へ月2回、泊まりがけで通院し、小学5年からは大阪の病院へ通院を続けた。中学に入学した頃には病状も安定。コーラス部に所属し、友達もできて楽しい学校生活を送っていた。 　しかし、それは長く続かなかった。中学2年の1月に白血病が判明。医師から病名を告げられた咲子さんは「頭が真っ白になった」。帰宅し、家族5人がそろった場で報告した。その日の夜はリビングに布団をしいて、5人で一緒に寝た。 　中学卒業までの約1年の入院治療で白血病は症状が落ち着く「寛解状態」となり、紗音さんは通信制高校に進学した。ボランティア部に入部し、丸亀駅前の花壇の管理を任されることが学校に行くモチベーションになっていた。 　ところが、高校3年だった22年6月、白血病が再発して入院。咲子さんによると、紗音さんは我慢強く、治療のつらさをこぼすことはほとんどなかったという。長い入院生活を送る中、家で過ごしたいという思いを募らせていた紗音さんは23年2月の骨髄移植後、「今後何があっても、積極的な治療はしない。やっぱり家が一番いい」と宣言していた。その後、医師から治療の手立てがないため「治療の継続は困難」と告げられ、家族は本人の意思を尊重し、同年10月に退院させた。 　◇...
