  新庁舎の新築移転を計画する島根県大田市は18日、整備費に充てるため、4月から5年間、特別職と職員の月額給与を減額する方針を明らかにした。市長は30～20％、副市長が15％、教育長10％、職員は主任級以上を2～7％カットし、年間約5500万円の財源確保を見込む。条例改正案を26日開会の市議会3月定例会に提出する。 　市によると、市長は20％削減だが、楫野弘和市長が在任中（10月29日まで）は30％とする。職員は正規の467人中353人が対象で、部長級7％、課長級6％、課長補佐級4％、係長級3％、主任級2％とする。 　削減した額は、公共施設総合管理基金に積み立てる。新庁舎建設の2029～30年度に取り崩して使う。楫野市長は「財政が厳しい中、職員らに協力を呼び掛けて理解を得た。給与カットと併せて、様々な補助事業や有利な起債も活用していく」と話した。
