 Amy Robach is looking back on 2023 and revealing what she's really not missing going into 2024. While chatting with her boyfriend and former co-host T.J. Holmes on a new episode of their hit podcast "Amy & T.J.," Amy opened up about what she has learned this past year following the fallout from their public relationship. "I learned that I never want to go back to the grind of morning television. And I learned that I don't miss the job, I miss the people." Amy, who co-hosted "GMA3: What You Need To Know" with T.J. before ABC pulled the pair off the air after their romance was made public, noted that she's sleeping better now and living more "authentically."
