Tori Spelling DIVORCING Dean McDermott After 18 Years

 It's officially over for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. The "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum filed for divorce from her estranged husband after 18 years of marriage, Access Hollywood confirms. According to court documents obtained by Access on March 29, Tori listed June 17, 2023 as their separation date with irreconcilable differences cited as the reason for the split. Per her filing, the 50-year-old is requesting sole physical custody of her and Dean's five children with joint legal custody and visitation rights for Dean. The docs don't specify if the pair had a prenuptial agreement and they have yet to determine their division of assets. In addition, Tori has requested spousal support and for the court to terminate Dean's right to spousal support. She has also asked that he cover legal fees. The latest development comes months after Dean, 57, confirmed in a now-deleted Instagram post that he and the actress had parted ways
