DoorDash delivery girl has been arrested on 2 felony charges after recording a man passed out with his pants down in his home and posting it on TikTok during a food delivery.

 



- Olivia Henderson, a 23-year-old DoorDash driver in Oswego, New York, faces two felony charges—unlawful surveillance for amusement and disseminating surveillance images—after entering a customer's home uninvited, filming him passed out and exposed, and posting the video with his address on TikTok on October 12, 2025.

- Ring camera footage provided by the customer shows Henderson opening the door and entering despite instructions to leave the order outside, contradicting her claim of sexual assault and leading to her deactivation by DoorDash for policy violations.

- The incident highlights tensions in gig economy safety, with public discourse split between concerns over delivery workers' vulnerability to exposed customers and privacy laws prohibiting unauthorized recording and sharing of intimate moments.
